re-install process doc for ts2ki

Dear 2000i Support,

Please send instructions for re-installing ts2ki.

The only doc I found in the knowledge base is;
DocID: 108  (for ts4)
Last Updated on: 2/11/1998

I want to identify all of the potentially modified files that I may want to 
preserve and re-use after the re-installation.
