futuresource, ts4 and time

Hi gang,

Here's one for those who have used futuresource data for ts. Lately I have
been running the same systems on esignal/2000i and  satellite
futuresource/ts4. As would be expected, ticks come in a few seconds earlier
on esignal, without the satellite delay. But also what I notice is that the
system signals (15 min bars) are approximately a minute later on the
futuresource machine. I checked the computer clocks, they are the same. It
appears that TS is using FS time and it is late, perhaps? Anyone had any
experience with this or know a way to fix it? Or maybe I don't want to...the
results are better on FS.
