CORRECTION:
For central standard timers modify the time in the original OddBall .ela as follows:
If time > 1100 and time <= 1600 then begin
That means no trades show before end of 12:00 bar and no trades after end of 3:00 bar (CST). Therefore, only 4 bars per day need monitoring !
