Trailing stop

I'm a bit new to easy language and was wondering if anyone could show me
a code for a trailing stop, basically I want it to trail the LAST price
by a specifiable amount of cents and sell at market. Example I buy at 
1.00 and I want to trail the price down by 2 cents behind it so if the 
price goes to 95 cents, then it will sell at market if the last tick 
comes back up to .97, if it hits .94 it changes to sell at .96 but not 
until the last tick hits .96 etc...
