You saying it doesn't make it so.
Anyuone would have to go a long way to find someone who subscribes more
thoroughly than I  to the New Hampshire creed of Live Free Or Die;

Where you see those with differing views (perhaps like me) as a threat, I
see your call for some regulatory/legal/court involvement in what by all
rights should be a free-market issue as typical behavior of  small-minded,
big-government advocates.

Thus is the difference between us brought to stark relief:

You call for court intervention in a matter best resolved by personal choice
between the consumer and the service provider.

I prefer the direct approach, you waste my bandwidth with puerile rantings,
I tell you so rather than looking to government intervention.

Care to try a different accusation you can substantiate?
