Searching file Kase.zip

Hello,

I´m searching for the Kase.zip. file with some information about Kase
PeakOscillator, KaseCD and KeseDevStops. It was posted on the list in the
year 2000, but I can`t find it in the archive, somone had the same problem
some weeks ago.

Could a kind person, who have the zip-file, send it via e-mail to me? That
would be great.

Comments, hints and information about the indicators and Kase methodology
she described in her book "Trading with the Odds" are welcome.
