Getting the right exit level

Hi,
I want to change the initial capital in a strategy under ts2000i.  But
when I go to strategy format, under the Costs section, all I have is
Commission, Slippage, Margin and Default Trade Amount. 

Does anyone know where to change the interest rate and initial capital
for the strategy report calculations.
