Timestamp problem collecting data with esignal

Hello,

I am having the problem using Esignal and TS 2000i. I
am experiencing a problem when I am collecting data
real-time and then if I have to go back intraday and
refresh the data using dynaloader for esignal, some of
the bars show different data (mainly the opening and
closing prices). I believe this is a timestamp issue.
For example, I am trading a 5 min nq chart, and after
a couple of hours collecting data, my 10:30 bar might
show a close of 1195.00 and if I go back and refresh
the data using dynaloader, that bar now shows a close
of 1195.50 (one tick higher). This kind of problem
happens quite often and it is screwing up my signals
on the system that I am trading. I believe there must
be a time stamp issue somewhere but I don't know how
to correct this. I have my computer clock synchronized
with an atomic clock, so I don't think this is the
problem. I am also using a high speed cable ISP
connection, so I don't think there is really any delay
there. I have also looked into the setup of esignal
data manager and under the "data" tab , and "time" , I
have the box checked for "synchronize with computer
clock".
I could understand the data being different sometimes
after esignal edits some ticks, then obviously the
refreshing of the data would show different closing
prices, but I have experienced this problem with in a
couple of minutes after the bar closes, so I know that
esignal has not even had a chance to edit anything
yet.
If anyone else had ever experienced this kind of
problem or if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix
it, please let me know. I would appreciate any help on
this.

Thanks,

Todd
