Converting Ascii data from FuturesSource???

I've converted some data from FutureSource to ascii format but can't get TS
to read it. It is produced as :

RSPM2.VCH
Date1:             0:00:00
Date2:  2002-05-01  1
Date,Time,Open,High,Low,Last
2002-02-14, 8:35:00,112300,112300,112300,112300
2002-02-14, 9:20:00,112300,112300,112300,112300

Any help will be much appreciated.
