How do you sync up times on a GS data1 & 3rdParty .txt data2

Need to run data1 and data2 in a chart.  I am in central
time.  GS for the data1 series is set to start at 8:30 and
go to 15:00.  I have .txt data2.  the .txt data is set to
start at 9:30 and goes to 4:00PM?

I have tried adjusting both the GS setting for my data1 and the
3rd party .txt data settings.  But I cannot seem to make it line up!!!

Surely, surely someone has solved this problem.  Any help
would be appreciated.
