Do not know for a fact.  However, Win98 paradigm is newer and preferred by
most people, so I would think XP would follow that.  You can check in
computer magazine reviews.  Be sure to research NT behavior before choosing
it, most people do not like it.  I have both Win 98 and NT, prefer Win 98 in
that department.
