anyone used paragon backup software

I'm looking for software that will do a virtual image over a WAN. Paragon
seems to have a product that may do this (http://www.paragon-gmbh.com) . Is
there anyone on the list that has had experience with Paragon? I'd also
appreciate any suggestions to accomplish automated off-site backup.
