TS plotting 60' bars incorrectly

Now it's past 12 and TS5 is plotting all the data. 
Only problem still is that it seems to have the times
wrong starting at 8:30 and ending at 3 EST.  I"m
hoping that when windows adjusts for daylight savings,
everything will be back to normal.  

I could see where these times could wreak havoc with a
system that hardcoded times into it. (ie if T = 1330).


Watch out.
