Make sure that the MaxBarsBack setting is the same for both the System and the indicator.
The default for systems is usually 50 bars back and for indicators default is "Auto-detect". This can cause the indicator and the system to see different data for a great many bars.
To avoid this make sure both are manually set to the same value.
