OK, first progress... attached are two GIFS (hopefully squeeked through
small enuf).... labelled TS6 ROC and 2000i ROC.

Each GIF represents two stacked indicators, the upper is TS ROC function...
the bottom is Home Made ROC.

Note that the Home Made matches the TS function code.

But also note that the two sets do not match at all... the dates are the
same... the data is the same (from TS6)...

First thing I noticed was the more symmetrical pattern on the 2000i data,
which makes sense since this is ROC of $ADV and $DEC. TS6 display doesn't
appear as symmetrical... looks almost like a 1 bar offset... now to track it
down...
