Actually, this is an opportune time to mention that Interactive Brokers is
deceptive and not forthright in admitting they cannot accomodate
pit/open-outcry contracts at all.
I have several e-mails from their support that simply point to stupid
webpage full of symbols.
Never once did they just say "no".
