You have 2 choices:
1.) While booted to W98, make W2000 visible to W98 by adding a drive
letter to W2000 by using Partition Magic or similar. Then replace the
corrupted file "pci.sys".
2.) Use the Recovery Console (loaded by the 4 floppies or the W2000 CD)
to rename the corrupted file "pci.sys" and adding a new one from a
floppy.
