Best CPU for TS4?

I'm intend to build a PC for dedicated use with TS4 using an Intel 
CPU.  The question is whether to go for a P3 or a P4.  I know the P3 will 
do the job just fine, but I'm loathe to invest in yesterday's technology in 
case I ever have a different use for the box in the future.

Are there any other TS4 (not TS2000i) traders out there successfully using 
this combo:

Socket 478 P4 CPU
Windows 2000 Pro
TS4

Any issues, problems, thoughts?
