To answer your question, No I did not call them and the reason is threefold

1) Common sense, If I called them about every bug in this program I would be
on the phone all day. You learn to be selective about what you call omega
about. You don't wait on the phone for a problem they can't solve.

2) This is obviously a software "BUG". this is not a setup issue this is a
bug.

3) This bug cost me MONEY. Maybe you don't want to know about bugs that can
be costly but
I think others here do.
