Esignal Feed and Maintaining Asccii files on hard drive

With Quote.com one can mantain Asccii files of stocks on your own harddrive.
Tools like : QCollector and QcomBarData do this job well for Quote.com.

QUESTION : Are there any tools that do this for esignal ???

Another Note : If Ts2000i dies, Neoticker 2.50 looks excellent , Am impressed
with there realtime market scanner and the ability to program your own
functions in either Vb6.0 or Delphi.
