At a minimum the reg mod will probably be required to keep the cpu from
running max out with the new data. It will probably run at a slightly
higher percentage useage just to do useless work of aborting some kind of
charting task that isn't functional. Whatever that task is it will start
and then timeout and charting will go about its ways until the next tick.
If you find your cpu usage maxing out where prior to this weekend it ran in
the low teens or less, then just close any charts with the emini's. The
server should still collect the data. Then when the right reg and dll
appear. Of course this is no solution but at least you still get the data.

Agreed. Before screwing with this:
1. make an emergency repair disk that includes the registry(w2000 has that
option)
2. copy the entire Omega folder into a backup folder
3. have a complete drive backup via something like the Duocor
4. don't overwrite the old dll with the new one if you get it, but rename
the old one OLDor__dtn32.dll and then copy the new one into the same folder.
5. also if you do the reg mod rename the old pds file as OLDpds before
reimporting the data.
