Hello,
I've been running with TS2000i with DBC Signal using a P3, 550Mhs;
256MBRAM, and Matrox G200 MMS QUAD video card and a cable modem.
I've noticed that TS2000 falls behind (when compared to my broker) in
updating my realtime charts (it doesn't seem to matter whether it's 1
min, 5min, or 30 min charts) when the market is reallly busy ie. between
9:30 -10:30am. I noticed today that TS2000 was a full point behind in
updating my charts. DBC Signal is transmitted fast enough because when
I use the eSignal charting program it does keep up with the quotes from
my broker even duriing 9:30-10:30 am.. so I know that it must be TS2000
or the combination of TS2000i and DBC. I am running some complex
formulas but I don't think this is causing the problem. During the
quieter trading times (11-3pm) TS2000i does keep up with my broker's
quotes. And I don't think it's any problems with my H/W.
Has anyone else experienced this and how did you resolve this?
