[EquisMetaStock Group] Insufficient memory to complete task

Hey i get this error message when i try to open the MS data Minute data from another vendor of online services and everytime i try to connect the software gives me this error message in Metastock, the Connecting software which im trying to use is Chartsdata a trial software developed by loganathan for Metastock to connect MY odin Data real time.

Everytime only this error message pops up. i have unsinstalled and reinstalled metasoft still problem persists
