Brett,
The 52 week low and the 52 week highest volume may not occur on the same day but very close. Case in point is UEC. The low occurred on 12-10-09 and the highest volume was the next day.
The event should have sent up a lot of flares and red flags especially when you consider the fundamentals. Seems like it did for a lot of people since the stock had quite a significant bullish run from that point.
Always use caution when trading the pennies.
