Hi Daniele:
Here is a bit more detail about the book. The plan is to focus on
system investing. I have spoken to Bloomberg Press and they have
expressed their interest. The way I see the book shaping up is two
folds -- interview with some well known as well as low profile system
investors, and real time system trading results.
To start with, I would need a "yes" from at least 6 or 7 system
investors. Once I have that, I will put out an official proposal to
Bloomberg Press, and only when an official contract is signed, I will
do the actual interviews.
Regarding testing the systems: I think we will set a six month window
in which we will test a dozen or so systems real time. But this would
be after all the interviews are done.
Goal is to get a diversified pool of people/strategies i.e. forex,
commodities, bonds, equities, etc. and not just equity focused.
This is a long term project and while I would like to get it done
quickly, I also want to make sure that the book is interesting for
readers.
