Hi
I had a similar problem but not with Spanish Language. Just
couldnt start with mswin because it became corrupted. tried to
reinstall but couldnr.
I had symantac GOBACK software. It moves backdates your hard disk
back in time of your desire. It then worked. If you dont have
GOBACK, then try Windows SYSTEM restore.
Go to Start/ All Programs/ Accessories / System Tools / System
Restore. See it that works
