CLOSE>Ref( HHV( CLOSE, 9 ), -1 )

will screen for current close that is higher than previous nine closes.

CLOSE>Ref( HHV( HIGH, 9 ), -1 )

will screen for current close that is higher than previous nine highes.

I think the preceding formula will screen for current close higher than high of ten days ago.
