I don't think he wants a histogram. I think what Sukhen wants is simply lines from any pivot point he wants and then vertical lines to appear into the future at the specified increments he wants to program - much like the Fibonacci time lines in MS.
 
I think a histogram in this case would not serve the purpose - unless I have totally misinterpreted his request.
