What is the Bull Case?

I'm relatively new at this.  So please forgive me a stupid question...

I'm trying to understand what the Bullish Technical Analysis case is for the
intermediate-term (6-12 months) US stock market.

Can anyone clearly summarize what that Bullish TECHNICAL ANALYSIS case is?

I'd be happy to attempt to summarize the Bear Technical Analysis case from
the little I know in exchange...
