This money only started to come into the market in a big way starting in the
90's. While we are awash in a sea of cash, that is only part of the answer.
History shows that equities have really done well only in times of low or
declining inflation. Couple this with low interest rates, increased
productivity and readily available consumer credit....then you approach
closer to the answer.
