This stock has trippled this year. They could have a process for

Subject: More on Dial Data data

Here is a condensation of a message I sent to Dial Data about my
experience today. Does anyone know what the maximum data they will allow
a PAYING customer to access per day?

I have been a customer of Dial Data for some years now. I am under Plan B:
[supposedly]- Unlimited stocks and Indexes, with a 2 year history.

For some years, I have only been asking for a core of a few hundred
stocks and indexes per day, and for the past few months I have been getting
them over the Internet.

Recently I wanted to increase the number of stocks I could be
following, so I have been adding a few more stocks every couple
of days.

Today, Saturday, thinking that their machines would not be so busy, I
asked for 100 new stocks, with a 1 1/2 year history. It would
seem to me that that is well within the number of stocks that I
have been PAYING for all these years, and that the machines would not be
so busy on a Saturday. When I accessed DIAL DATA over the
internet, using the MetaStock Downloader, the machines took all
the requests for stock data, and immediately threw me off the
network, with the notation that I wanted TOO MUCH DATA.

I have been PAYING for that data for years. Now I want to
recieve more of it.

I told them I would post this here, and invited them to reply here, so
that everyone interested would be able to know what their policies are.
