Malcom Smith of dragonDROP

I am a great respecter of copyright laws and have always conducted
myself in the most respectable manner in the Metastock forum. Thus it
was a great shock when Mr. Malcom Smith of DragonDROP suggested that I
was I was encouraging activities of privacy and suggested that I
should only buy whatever books etc. that i wanted from the Publishers
at full list price.

However much I make from the market, I have always believed that I
should always try obtain the best possible value for my money. To me ,
it seems perfectly rational to ask if anyone has a second hand copy of
a book which he no longer needs, at a reasonable price. Is this piracy
? Not according to the normal law of most countries. Most traders who
had these books and were mature individuals, responded and asked for
my quote. I thank them all.

One thing delighted me about Malcom Smith's email though ; he said
that Murphy's Technical Analysis of the Futures Market could be
obtained for "a few shilling". Sir, would you be kind enough to tell
me where I could obtain this classic text at this price? I shall be
most grateful to you.

Rifki,

What copy all 550 pages? Not only is this
impractical it's illegal.
Please don't use this mailing list to encourage
activities of piracy
and, no,I won't give you a copy of MetaStock
either.

The book only costs a few pounds; and
considering the price that you
pay for TA software, price data, dealing costs
and the stocks
themselves I would have thought than an
investment of a few shillings
