SWING CHARTS INDICATOR in Metsatock

Hi,

How do you program an indicator for a 3 day swing chart that will indicate
the trend for entry and exit for stocks in Metastock? Right now, I use the
Zig Zag indicator, which is of course a far cry from a swing chart. Anyone,
please help!
