I emailed S&P directly. They indicate sometime in May before they have 
constituent lists back up.
I have also asked for the lists to be available in ".csv" format rather 
than just ".xls"
Constituent lists are already available for download for US market in 
both ".csv" & ".xls".
Just have to play the waiting game for ASX.......

P.S I don't use Excel. So Im not sure such add-in would work. But thanks 
for the info.
