[amibroker] how to modify tool in tool bar

hi can anyone tell me how to edit a tool for a different parameter ,,,,

 

re the Fibonacci time lines tool,,,,,,

i'd like to change his time periods and put my own in and also add more time lines ,,,

any help please,,
