Tomorrow is a Near Impulse day for DJIA and SPY. If the reversal comes early (today) it will be bullish.I had buy signals on my service for SPY, QQQQ, IWM for today.

We are nearing a bottom in all major indices - in fact the Russell (IWM) and NASDAQ (QQQQ) have reached the level to expect a reversal. The dow level is 12953 (DIA = 130) and S&P level 1426 (SPY = 143). Expect NAZ and Russell to lead.
