Below was his post on 8/16/07 at 1:28pm mid-day entering the position.  As it turned out that day posted the recent intra-day low (see attached).   He did not post the size bought, but in the past I recall he is in the 3k range.  Other than that looks "above board" John.

I have just closed my shorts and am now entering some of the beaten down commodity stocks such as TCK which has huge asset to liability balances and a PE of 7.  Still, I am holding on to 70% cash.
