When you trade futres a 5 day move is 60-80 points on the short

When you are in stocks just take profit and re enter

 Trying to understand what you are seeing.

 Can you maybe explain a little about what you are seeing, for you to be looking at this being a top and critical junction to short.  But, saying the move may only last 2-5 days.

 If so.  Why short?  Just take profits and then go long again.

 Can you explain your thinking on this?
