the gif attached is of   the  long 
term trading  for the oex weekly  close (propriety  
indicator),
 
the upper line  is where you want to close 
your long term long positions,
 
we are  close to that extreme,
 
any  up close on Monday would make me 
exit  my 401k   ,  IRA ,  and 
conservative  long term positions
in my mutual funds
