Your actually talking about something else.  Infact your talking about a
normal function of the FED.  Yes, they supplied money to the
system....thats their role in times like that.   This has absolutely
nothing to do with what these other paranoid and uninformed souls are
talking about though, where they claim the Fed was out buying futures to
support the market.  It is actually illegal for them to do so.  This is
usually where you start reading about references to a 'special'
organisation.  Its so easy to do of course....'prove to me I'm wrong'
they will say as though that makes it true.  LOL.
