1.  Noticed no-one has said anything about Van Tharp.

2.  Also McCall - The Way of the Warrior Trader.  I actually did his course - walked through fire and sat under a "bloody" cold waterfall - I lasted 20 minutes. McCall told me he was at a Traders Conference where everyone "talked" about going to the next level, where he just poured gasoline on the stage and had people actually walk through fire. I do admit he really helped me.  My "difficulties" are known to me and I work on them.

3.  As for Larry Williams - he has no time for the 'psycho-babble' - he may have a point. His example I believe is his dad teaching him fly fishing. You go out and do it, practice and perfect it. You don't need a psychologist.  I am sure the masters of NASCAR (which must be stressful and MAINLY mental) do not 'psycho-agonize"

4.  I have to admit the 'gurus' of trading psychology do not seem to trade. They maybe are like the master swordmakers who made the best swords for the knights in armor, BUT did not fight -- but at times you are left wondering.

LASTLY - - VERY CONCRETE -- 'GOING TO THE NEXT LEVEL' -- What the hell does that mean?  Making 10 million a year instead of 1 million?  I assume it is about making tons of money MORE. ---- Then what is wrong trading ONE S&P contract 100 times -- (assuming the system is OK and the money-management, and you follow the rules) ---- then do it for TWO ---- then for 4 - 6 - 8 ...etc. Isn't that a NO BRAINER = NO EGO = No need for Psychobabble.

Bill Williams told me 'the lower the IQ the easier to train a successful trader"

By the way I am a "f... up" as far as trading - BUT NOW I know why.  So I still have hope.
