I'm happily perched on Win NT 4.0, SP6a. Built my own system - AMD cpu
(xp1700 or something like that ...), 500mb memory, 2 30gb drives, more
than 10 apps running at any one time (Cybertrader, Prosuite 2ki,
several web browser windows, Excel, text editor, cable modem
connection, firewall, email client, etc.) and providing network
support to 3 other computers. This thing rarely, if ever, crashes.

I helped a friend install Win2k about 2 years ago. I was not
impressed.

Never say never - <G>, but I still don't see any reason to upgrade.
