I've been using E-Floor Trade through gni http://www.efloortrade.com . I'd
used two platforms before PATS (IB and Webvestor). PATS seem far superior.
Fast and easy to use and change orders.
Paying $5.95 + fees per roundturn.
Never had to wait more than two rings whenever I called with a question.
