I used to receive realtime quotes from FutureSource. Now the company is
trying to bill me for "back taxes" --- something which they were apparently
unaware that I might owe when I was actually receiving the data. I seem to
recall someone mentioning a similiar problem on this forum a year or so ago,
but don't recall the details. Has this happened to anyone else, and how was
it resolved? Is this something I truly owe, or is FutureSource the one with
the problem?
I'm not wanting to cheat, or be cheated either. Thanks.
