I'll post chart later but the short answer we are in area of extreme
opportunity due to TBill yields being so close to zero. I will add that my
bearish long term outlook has not changed and I was a buyer of long term
bonds yesterday morning at the lows. You might say that I'm unconvinced of
extreme opportunity (fill the boat with stocks) at this time.
