Earl,

I am interested in seeing a copy of your chart that compares S&P valuations 
to risk free yields.  Are we closer to an area of "extreme opportunity" or 
"extreme danger".  Ira's recent fundemental analysis leads me to believe we 
are not in the extreme opportunity area.
