The brief rally on the 60min chart (with first two hours shown) turned out
to be only a minor 4 of wave 3 not a wave 4, one of the two options listed
that were possible.  It certainly reinforces that impulse waves should have
a "good internal structure", meaning a good minor 4 or they are likely not
over. Yesterdays action gave a clue when the rally stalled at the 1.618
expansion level?

At this point the price action has come down to the bottom of the second
MOB, it is still in the wave 3 target range, but find myself asking, how low
is low, IF they can't rally it in here?
