Depends on your application, platform, etc etc etc.
Perl runs on several platforms, so I'm not tied to windoze
when I use quotemonster. And its entirely free. Plus
you can build your own programs around it, which gives you
lots of flexibility. So this is mostly a "roll your own"
perspective.
