Earl, thank you for reminding all of us 
that the
distribution of such files is a burden on 
some.
 
It is too bad that we forget that by going 
to the
RT site on egroups we can upload files to 
the FILES
area and send everyone a note to the effect 
that
such has been done.
 
I would think that the moderators should 
severely
chastise anyone who distributes a file that 
is 
much over 40K.

  Was it necessary to email a 350kb+ attachment to the entire 
  list or is yoursystem still infected with a virus? For those of us without 
  high speedconnections, that's a good size file. To cap it off, the file 
  was an exewhich most of us won't touch, especially when coming from 
  someone recentlyinfected with a virus. In the future, if you wish to offer 
  such a largefile, please arrange to limit distribution to those who
