Yes, I use it.  The site:  xocharts.com updates 
every twenty minutes ie. is delayed. Depending on your data feed, used to use 
Metastock and Signal which is very helpful.  I believe P & F is 
extremely helpful in 1 minute - 5 minute time frame.
Chartcraft is the standard in P & F.  Visit their 
site and order their books if you want.
